When modeling a process, you can use custom activities. If you have the ELMA CRM+ application activated, you can find these activities in the Plug-Insunit of a process page (fig. 1). These activities are pink on the process graphic model.

The Custom Activities – CRM Expert group contains the following activities:
Change Deal Properties – use to change the deal status or stage;
Despite these activities are in the custom activities group, they are system and you cannot edit or delete them. However, you can copy these activities on the Scriptstab of ELMA Designer and create new activities, based on the copied ones.
The Common tab is similar for all the custom activities. Fields on this tab are similar for all the activities. To learn more about this tab, see the respective Help section.
The left part of the Input/Output Attributes (fig. 2) displays input activity parameters, and the right part displays the output parameters. To learn more about this tab, see the respective Help section.

The set of attributes on this tab depends on the activity.
Change Deal Stage activity
This activity includes the following input variables: Deal, Deal Status and Deal Stage (fig. 2).
Create Meeting activity
This activity has the following input variables: Participants, Informed, Contractor, Contact and so on. The Subject, Participants, Start Date, End Date variables are required. Meeting is the only output variable (fig. 3).
This activity has the following input variables: Call Type, Participants, Informed, Contractor and so on. The Subject, Participants, Date variables are required. Call in the only output variable (fig. 4).
This activity has the following input variables: Participants, Informed, Contractor, Contact and so on. The Subject, Participants, Date Sent variables are required. Mail is the only output variable (fig. 5).

Create Deal activity
This activity has the following input variables: Name, Deal Type, Priority, Contractor and so on. The Name, Deal Type, Contractor, Responsible variables are required. Deal is the only output variable (fig. 6).
