Administrator Guide

Main features of the CRM module are described in the ELMA BPM Platform Help. ELMA CRM+ application extends customer management functions of the ELMA BPM Platform with additional features: "Sales Dynamics" report, active sales funnel, integration with IP telephony systems. These features are described in this guide.
You can configure the ELMA CRM+ application in Administration – CRM+ . This section contains links to all the required settings. Usually, most of the settings are configured at the system implementation stage, they are described in the implementation guide (fig. 1).
The administrator guide describes IP telephony integration settings of the ELMA CRM+ application.

By default, settings on this page are available only to ELMA administrator. The administrator assigns access to this section in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings – CRM – Access to "CRM+" .
