You have to configure an IP telephony system profile in the user profile settings. To do so, open a user profile for editing and go to the Contacts tab.
Fill in the required fields on this tab and click Save.
Enable IP telephony for the user:
Yes – IP telephony features will be available for the current user;
No – IP telephony features will not be available for the current user. If you select this option, the IP telephony settings fields will not be displayed.
Subscriber's number – internal phone number of this user.
Fields of these settings depend on the IP telephony system you use.

Channel type – type of the communication channel used: SIP/PJSIP.
CallerId – ID of the subscriber. If the receiving party can identify this parameter, it will be displayed instead of the phone number.
Event, which opens a call page – select an action that takes place when an ELMA user receives a call from a phone number, which is not registered in the system:
Do not open – call page will not open;
Dial/DialBegin – call page will open before taking the call;
Bridge – this option is used if two communication channels are engaged. It occurs when, for example, the company's calls are first received by the secretary, who then redirects them;
Varset BridgePeer – call page will open after taking the call;
Join – this option is used if you need to establish call queue, for example, when a call is made to a call center, and the caller is waiting for the operator to answer;
