Implementation Guide

This section of Help is dedicated to ELMA KPI and will be useful for implementing the system and configuring the KPIs of a company.

All the configurations are made in ELMA Designer on the KPI tab. This tab is available if ELMA KPI is activated.

The Implementation Guide describes how to configure this: add KPIs, create and modify goals, work with objects, collect data, publish changes and so on.

Working with KPIs in ELMA Web Application is described in User Guide, managing access and performance matrix templates is described in Administrator Guide.

Fig. 1 shows how the KPI tab looks in ELMA Designer:

The top part of the window features a toolbar with buttons.

The side menu shows the following sections:

You can switch between sections by clicking on their names.

Search by KPI model elements

In ELMA, you can search in the list of KPI model elements. To do that, go to the KPI tab of ELMA Designer and in the desired area left-click of the part of the page that contains the element list. Then press Ctrl+F on your keyboard (fig. 2). A search field will open.

In the search field, type the name of the element or a part of its name. All the found elements will be shown automatically under the search field (fig. 3).

To go back to the list of elements, clear the search field. To close the search field click

on the right-hand side of the field.

Remember, that you can only search the elements of the selected section. For example, fig. 5 shows the search performed in the KPI section elements.
