Relationship Page

A Relationship is an event in the ELMA calendar, and at the same time, an entry about a certain activity. To open a relationship page in a subsection of the CRM section (except from the Payments and Sales Funnel subsections), go to the object page (e.g. contractor, contact) and on the Relationships tab click on the name of the required relationship. You can also open a relationship page from any other system page, if the name of this relationship is a hyperlink.
Fig. 1 shows an example of the About Relationship tab on a meeting page.

This tab contains general information about the relationship. The bottom of the page contains the actions history panel which shows all the comments and history of actions related to this relationship.
If necessary, you can set a reminder and the system will send a notification to the user about the event start. A reminder is marked with , to the right of the relationship date. To learn more about reminders, see the respective Help page.
The Contact Information page contains the contacts of the contractor: Phone Number and Email fields (fig 2).

The Access tab is similar to the Access tab of the Contractor's page. By default, a relationship inherits the contractor's access permissions (fig. 3).

The set of toolbar buttons is similar to the one of a calendar event page. However, the toolbar of the Relationship page includes Edit, Delete and Completed buttons. When clicking the Completed button, a window opens where a user can leave a comment about the relationship and select a further action: add a call, meeting, email or close. Once the relationship is closed, it will be removed from the Calendar portlet and displayed in the user calendar with a strikeout font.

Comments to relationships

You can add comments to a relationship. All the comments are shown on the contractor, contact, lead or deal page on the Relationships tab (fig. 4), and in the history panel on the relationship page (fig. 5).
