Relationships


A relationship is a certain event::
Fig. 1 shows an example of a meeting page.

Relationships with contractors or contacts are displayed on their pages on the Relationships tab.
All the relationships are also displayed in the calendars of their participants.

Creating a relationship

To learn more about creating a relationship, see the respective Help section.

Editing a relationship

To edit a relationship, open its page (fig. 1) and click Edit in the toolbar. The editing page is similar to the page for creating a relationship. To save the changes, click Save.

Deleting a relationship

To delete a relationship, open its page (fig. 1) and click Delete in the toolbar.

Access to relationship

You can restrict access to a relationship if you mark it as private. If you check the box, the created relationship will be available only to its participants. All the other users can only view the subject and the start and end dates of the event. This feature is available for Mail, Meetings, Contacts, Calls.
Lets create a Mail-type relationship. Open the page of the required contractor and click Actions - Create Mail in the toolbar (fig. 2). To learn more about creating a relationship, see the respective Help section.

Check the Private box (fig. 3):

Only the users with access permissions can check the Private box. The access permissions are assigned by the system administrator in Administration – System – System Settings – Calendar Settings – Use Private Mode.
If you check the Private box, a respective column will be added to the table on the Relationships tab (fig.4):
