Enumeration

Enumerations are sets of values object properties can possess. A set of values cannot be changed by the user in Web Application, as opposed to objects. You can edit the set of values of user enumerations in ELMA Designer.
In Web Application, enumerations are displayed as drop down lists. For example, the Task Status enumeration has a set of values, which are displayed as a drop down list on the advanced search form (fig. 1) in Web Application.

There are system and user enumerations in ELMA. The system administrator creates user enumerations in ELMA Designer.
System enumerations are designed and configured by ELMA developers. You cannot delete or edit these enumerations. In the list, the system enumerations have a blue font.
User enumerations are designed and configured in ELMA Designer according to each company's requirements. You can delete or edit these enumerations. In the list, user enumerations have a black font.
The list of enumerations is in the Enumerations unit of the Objects tab in ELMA Designer (fig. 2).

There are two display modes for the enumerations list: "Displayed Name" and "Class Name". You can select the mode in the drop down list (fig. 3), of the Show field in the left menu of the Objects tab in ELMA Designer.
