System Objects Management

Object is an entity with a set of parameters and properties, which define its behaviour. All the data in ELMA are stored in form of objects and their relationships. These are some examples of objects: Contractor, Task, Call and Deal.
Object Model is a collection of the system objects and enumerations, their properties, parameters and relationships. The object model defines the structure of storing user data in the system. Fig. 1 illustrates an example of system objects relationships and structure.

You can extend the object model in ELMA. Object Model Extension is a capability to improve the system objects and/or enumerations, and create new objects, object properties, enumerations, enumeration values and so on. Object Model Extension allows you to adjust the system to your company’s needs. Fig. 2 illustrates an example of an extended object model; new objects and object properties are highlighted green.
