CRM Objects


CRM objects provide quick and convenient work with the CRM application. These objects are generally used when creating or editing contractors, contacts, leads and so on.
The most frequently used CRM objects are described below.

Lead Source

This object (fig. 1) is designed for storing the list of lead sources, used for classifying customers. This object's instances are used when creating a lead. The sources reflect the type of the first contact with the customer. A source is similar to a marketing event.

Type of Business Organization

This object (fig. 2) contains the list of possible legal forms of the contractor companies. Instances of this object are used when working with a company and a lead.

Industry

This object (fig. 3) displays the list of possible contractor industries. Instances of this object are used when working with contractors, leads and in the advanced search of the sales funnel.

Regional Group

This object (fig. 4) contains the list of country regions of the contractors. Instances of this object are used when working with contractors, leads and in the advanced search of the sales funnel.

Country

This object (fig. 5) contains the list of countries of contractors. Instances of this object are used when working with contractors, contacts and leads.

Lead Type

This object (fig. 6) contains the list of lead types. Instances of this object are used when working with leads.

Customer Type

This object (fig. 7) contains the list of contractor types. Instances of this object are used when working with contractors.

Contact Type
