Sales funnel is a principle of distributing deals between stages of the sales process. The stages are different for each particular company, but the sales funnel has to have the opening and closing stages.
Sales funnels are created in the Sales Funnel object. When creating a sales funnel, you can add the required deal stages and arrange their order. To learn more about the sales funnel, see the respective Help section.
Sales Funnel report
Reports on sales funnels are available in the Sales Funnelssection (fig. 1).

To view a report on a sales funnel, select it in the left menu. By default, the report displays the information on all the stages of the selected funnel.
The report page contains the form for searching deals in the current sales funnel, which allows for quick and advanced search, and the information about the deal stages. The quick search form contains the following fields:
Responsible – the employee, responsible for the deal.
Start Date – the start date of the deal.
Categories – the contractor category. The system administrator configures the list of categories in Administration – CRM – Categories.
By using the advanced search, you search deals in the selected sales funnel by certain criteria. Fill in the required fields and click Show Funnel. The page will display a diagram on selected deals.
