You can configure the global access settings of the Objects section in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Global Access Settings, ELMA Designer unit. To learn more about the global settings, see the respective Help section.
You can assign access permissions to published objects in Administration – Users – Access Settings – Objects.
Fig. 1 illustrates and example of the Access Settings – Objects page with published objects.

To assign permissions to one of the objects, click its name. On the opened page (fig. 2) click the Add button, to the right of the required object, select the required users in the opened dialog box and click Select – Save.

The selected users/roles will get the permissions and will be able to work with this object in the Objects section of Web Application.
To delete a user/role from the list on the permissions assigning page (fig. 2) click the button, to the left of the required user/role.
