Using Filters

You can apply filters to all the objects of the CRM section.

Each subsection of the CRM section has a filter tree on the left panel (fig. 1). To apply a filter to an object, click on the filter name. The objects page will display the filter results.

In ELMA, you can create shared filters, which will be available to all the system users. Shared filters are in the filter tree, Shared Filters folder (fig. 1). Only users with the respective access permissions can add shared filters. The permissions are assigned in Administration – Access Settings – CRM – CRM – Edit the "Shared Filters" tree.

To create a shared filter:

create a filter (it will be added to the My filters folder);
assign access to this filter;
move it to the Shared Filters folder.

For example, you can add portlets to the ELMA main page and have quick access to information on the current leads and deals.

To do so:

create the required filters in the CRM subsections;
make the filters shared, if necessary;
add the portlets to the ELMA main page.
