The standard filter tree has the following structure:
All - cancel all filters. If you select this filter, the page will display all the objects in the current section.
My Filters – a folder with filters, created or moved to this folder by current user. Filters in this folder are available only to the current user.
Shared Filters – a folder with filters, available to all users. Only users with access can add filters to the Shared Filters folder. The access permissions are assigned in Administration - Access Settings - CRM - General Settings of the Module - Edit the Shared Filters tree.
The All filter and My Filters, Shared Filters folders are in the filter tree by default, and users cannot rename or delete them. These folders are available to all the system users.
To edit the filter tree, click Edit at the bottom of the tree (fig. 1). The page for editing the filter tree will open.

Actions with a folder
When you mouse over a folder, its menu appears (fig. 4). You can apply the following actions to a folder:
- create a nested folder in the selected folder. Click , enter the folder name (fig. 2) and click Save.
- edit the folder. Click , change the folder name (fig. 3) and click Save.
- delete folder. You can delete only empty folders.

A folder menu is available for:
the users, who created folders in the "My Filters" folder;
the users with permissions to edit the shared filters tree, if the nested folder is in the "Shared Filters" folder. The permissions are assigned in Administration - Users - Access Settings - Global Access Settings - Edit the Shared Filters tree.

Actions with a filter
When you mouse over a filter, its menu appears (fig. 5). You can apply the following actions to a filter:
- set the filter as the default one for the current user. When the user opens the Contractors section, the page with the filter results opens by default.
- set the filter as the default one for all the users. When opening the Contractors section, the page with the filter results will open for all the users, unless a user has their custom default filter.
