A filter author has full access to it by default. To grant access permissions to a filter to other users, open the filter page and edit settings on the Access Permissions tab (fig. 1).
Click , to add a user, a user group or an organizational structure element, to whom you want to grant access. Check the required boxes:
Read - the selected users will be able to see and use this filter in the Shared Filters folder.
Edit - the selected users will be able to use and edit the filter.
Full - the selected users will be able to use, edit and assign permissions to the filter. Users, who have full access to a filter, can move it in the filter tree.

Once you've configured the access settings, click Save.
