Please note that when creating or editing a process filter, the Table Column Settings tab might display properties that had been created in the process context and then deleted.
They are displayed if new properties with the same names were created after those properties had been deleted. Next to the property name you will see the number of the published process version when it was deleted (fig. 5)

Configuring the Advanced Search button

Most of the default system object have the Advanced search button on the search form by default. This button may not be available for user objects. Therefore, you may need to configure its display in ELMA Designer.
To configure the display of the Advanced search button:
1. Open the Objects tab in ELMA Designer and open the required object.
2. On the Advanced tab check the Generate Filter box.
If the object contains properties, which participate in search (filter), this button will be displayed and the advanced search form will open when you click on it.
To enable advanced search by several values of a single parameter (e.g. search contractors with two values of the City field):
1. Open the Objects tab in ELMA Designer and open the required object.
2. On the Properties tab, open the settings window of the required property.
3. Open the Advanced tab of the settings window and check the List of values in filter box.
4. Click ОК.
5. Click Save and publish the object.
The changes you've made in ELMA Designer will take effect after restarting the server.
