Project Execution Monitoring

In ELMA, you can take a project task under control, and assign an observer to it. These features are available to all the user roles. A project task can have only one controller and several observers.

Task control

Task control in ELMA allows you to monitor all the actions with the tasks.
You can assign the task controller, when creating it. This procedure is similar to placing a standard user task under control. To learn more about assigning and completing control and changing the control parameters, see the respective Help section.
Tasks, whose end date is soon, are highlighted yellow in the project plan. By default, tasks become highlighted after half of their duration is over. You can change this parameter in the project type, General Settings tab.
Overdue tasks have red bald font in the project plan and in the executor's task list.

Observing a task

In ELMA, you can subscribe to a task. This task may not be available in the Tasks section, but the subscribers will receive notifications on all the actions with the task.
To learn more about observing a task, see the respective Help section.
