Project budget version is a system object, which contains the list of planned/fact values of revenues and expenses, information on them (budget version history, author and so on) and the version status (fig. 1).
You can find information on the current budget version on the budget page, About the version tab (fig. 1), and manage (edit, delete) the budget versions on the Versions tab (fig. 2).
Budget version statuses are similar to the project plan statuses. To learn more, see the respective Help section.
About the version tab
This tab (fig. 1) displays information on the budget version:
version name;
version number;
creation date and author;
date modified and author.
The right part of this page may display information blocks (budget approval and/or publishing information).

Versions tab
This tab (fig. 2) displays information on all the budget versions. Information on the versions is in a table. When you click on the name of a budget version, its page opens.

You can edit or delete any Draft budget version.
