Page of a Marketing Activities Group

The page of a marketing activities group displays all the information about the activities group.

To open the page of a marketing activities group, click on the name of the required group in the data table in the Marketing section.

Fig. 1 shows an example of the page of a marketing activities group.

Toolbar buttons

	When you click Add Activity, a page for creating a marketing activity opens.
	When you click Add Contractor, a dialog box for adding a contractor opens. After selecting a contractor, click Save.
	When you click Add Lead, a dialog box for adding a lead opens. After selecting a lead, click Save.
	When you click Add Deal, a dialog box for adding a deal opens. After selecting a deal, click Save.
	When you click Actions or a drop-down menu appears, which allows you to: add a comment; ask a question; archive the group of marketing activities; edit the group of marketing activities; delete the group of marketing activities.

Tabs of the page of a marketing activities group

The page of a marketing activities group contains the following tabs: About the Marketing Activity Group, Contractors, Leads, Deals.

Some tabs contain information, added when creating the group.

About the Marketing Activity tab

This tab displays all the fields, filled in when creating the group of marketing activities.

An example of this tab is shown in fig. 1.

This tab consists of several areas:

the area with the general information about the group of marketing activities, in the upper left part of the page;
the area with data on budget, leads and deals, in the upper right part of the page;
the data table, in the lower part of the page;
actions history panel, which displays the comments and actions with this activity group, below the data table.

Some of the fields are hyperlinks. Clicking on such fields will open a dialog box with details on the respective object instance.

The data table contains marketing activities and their leads. If a marketing activity has leads, the table will contain the buttons

and

, which allow hiding and opening the list of leads.

Contractors, Leads, Deals tabs

These tabs contain tables with the lists of all the contractors, leads and deals, involved in this marketing activities group. These tables can be configured.

Examples of these tabs are shown in fig. 2-4.

When you click on a contractor name, its page opens.

When you click on a deal name, its page opens.

To the right of each contractor, lead or deal you can see the

button, used to delete them from the marketing activities group (fig. 5).
