Add a User


To add a new user, click the Add User button on the Users page (fig. 1).

On the opened page (fig. 2) fill in the required fields on all the tabs and click Save.

The set of tabs and fields is similar to those on the user profile page. However, the Tasks tab is not displayed. Also note, that the Comments tab is similar to Personal Information tab in the user profile. To learn more about filling out the tabs and fields, see the respective Help page.
When adding a user, warnings may be displayed (fig. 3 – fig. 4), if the entered password does not meet the minimum password length and complexity settings, configured by the system administrator. These settings are in Administration – System – Security Settings, Password security for built-in accounts.
