My KPIs shows all the KPIs that features you as responsible or supervisor;
My Responsibilities shows all the KPI management system objects that feature you as responsible or supervisor: indicators, goals, activities;
My Performance shows your performance matrix over a selected period (the shortest period possible is a month);
If at least one performance matrix is configured for the user, the employee's performance coefficient will be displayed in this portlet. If several performance matrices were configured for the user, the lowest coefficient will be displayed in the portlet by default. Performance coefficient display settings can be configured by the system administrator in Administration – System – System Settingsin the KPI Management unit. If at least one template with the projection scale is used to calculate an employee's performance, the performance coefficient of this employee will not be displayed.

This portlet does not have personal settings. It is displayed in the KPI section of all the users of ELMA KPI regardless of access permissions.
