My Performance

Each user of ELMA can view their performance matrices for any period in the KPIs > Me > My Performance section.
Here is how you can open this section:

When you go to the My Performance section, the Performance of <User name> page (fig. 2) will open. This page contains the list of all the matrices of the current user. For each matrix, the table Performance <Performance matrix name> <Period> is displayed. To open the required matrix, click Go to matrix to the right of the matrix name. The required performance matrix page will open.

Go back to the previous page.
Allows you to recreate a user's performance matrix for a selected period. By default, this button is only available for users who are members of the Administrators group. To grant access permissions go to Administration > KPIs > General access settings > Full access to the "KPI" module.

Recreation of performance matrices

When you click Recreate in the top menu, a dialog box will open where there will be a list of new and/or edited performance matrix templates for the current user (fig. 4):

If you need to edit a template, click on its name in the box. A new tab will open where you can edit the template. To complete recreation, click Recreate. The page will be refreshed, new performance matrices will become available and you will be able to work with them.
If one of the performance matrix templates was deleted, the corresponding matrix will be deleted from the list of matrices of the current user too.
If all performance matrix templates for the current user were deleted, the following notification will be displayed when you click Recreate (fig. 5):

To delete a matrix in the current period, click Delete matrices. If you click Cancel, the matrix will be saved until the end of the current period.
