Dashboards Portlet

By default, this portlet features all the dashboards added to Favorites as well as the dashboards selected in the personal portlet settings. This portlet gives fast access to the required dashboard pages.

When you click on the name of the portlet, the Dashboards page opens. When you click on the name of a dashboard, the page of this dashboard opens.

This portlet does not have personal settings. It is displayed in the KPI section of those users who have respective access permissions.

Adding a dashboard to Favorites

To add a dashboard to Favorites, go to the dashboard page and click

next to the dashboard's name.

Deleting a dashboard from Favorites

To delete a dashboard from Favorites, go to the dashboard page and click

next to the dashboard's name.

Custom portlet settings

Each portlet has general settings which, by default, are configured by the system administrator. Users can configure custom settings of the portlet when configuring the main page (fig. 2).

These settings allow you to add those dashboards to the portlet that you need quick access to.

Once the necessary settings are configured, click on one of these buttons:

Save – the settings will be saved and the dialog box will close;

Save and continue – the settings will be saved, but the dialog box will not close and you will be able to continue.
