You can configure general settings that affect the ELMA KPI application in Administration – System – System Settings in the KPI Management unit (fig. 1).

To edit the parameters of this unit, click , next to the unit name. A window for editing parameters of the unit will open (fig. 2).

Period Start, Period End – time period, available in the ELMA KPI application calendar. The calendar periods (days, weeks, months, quarters, etc.) can be selected only within this range. Data in the system will only be displayed for this period.
Lowest performance – if several performance matrices are configured for one user, the lowest performance coefficient will be displayed;
Do not show – performance coefficient will not be displayed;
Average performance value – if several performance matrices are configured for one user, the average performance value will be displayed.
Attention!
If at least one template with the projection scale is used to calculate an employee's performance, the performance coefficient of this employee will not be shown.
