Integration with Bitrix24

Integration with Bitrix24 allows using features of ELMA in Bitrix24 interface. Bitrix users can start business processesview tasks, etc. in the interface they are used to (fig. 1).

To be able to integrate ELMA with Bitrix24, you must install:

Configuring single sign on

To configure single sign on, ELMA administrator has to perform several actions.
1.  In ELMA, go to Administration – System – System Settings, open the Integration with Bitrix24 unit, configure the settings and click Save (fig. 2).

Server Address – URL of the Bitrix24 server as: http:// <server address>:<port>.
 
Open key – open key for integration with Bitrix24. To generate this key, click Generate open key.
 
User – login of the Bitrix24 user, who has administrator permissions.
 
Password - password of the Bitrix24 user, who has administrator permissions. To enter a password, click Change Password.
2. In Bitrix24, go to Control Panel – Settings – Module Settings – ELMA Portlets, configure the required settings and click Save (fig. 3).

ELMA server URL – URL of the ELMA server as: http:// <server address> .
 
Key – open key, generated at step 1.
 3. Import users from Bitrix24 to ELMA.
To import users, go to Administration – Users – User List in ELMA, click Import – Users from Bitrix24 (fig. 4).

The process of importing users from Bitrix24 is similar to importing users from LDAP.

Working with ELMA portlets

You can work with ELMA portlets in the ELMA section. This section is located in Bookmarks of Bitrix24 (fig. 5).
This section displays ELMA portlets. To add a portlet, click Add Portlet. By default, this section displays the Select Portlet unit (fig. 5) with the list of available portlets.
A new block will be added to the page, where you can select a portlet (fig. 5).

To view all the available portlets, click All Portlets. To add a portlet, click Add Portlet. The selected portlet will be displayed on the Bookmarks – ELMA page (fig. 6).

To delete a portlet, click .
To make this portlet available for all the Bitrix24 users, check the Show portlet to all users box. If this box is checked, users will not be able to delete this portlet. This setting is available only for the Bitrix24 administrator.
To open the ELMA portlet settings, click [portlet settings] in the top right corner of the portlet. The settings window is identical to the one in ELMA.
