"Tasks" Portlet


By default, this portlet (fig. 1) displays all the user's incoming tasks and the information on the status of tasks, assigned by the user.

– this icon means, that the task is scheduled.
To learn about task colours, see Task List .
Click the task name to open its page; click the portlet name to open the Incoming subsection of the Tasks section.
By default, the portlet displays up to ten tasks. To learn more, see Data Display Table.
The Tasks form me displays:
– the number of overdue tasks, created by the user. Click this link to open Outgoing – Overdue.
– the number of tasks the user monitors. Click this link to open Task Monitoring.
– the number of tasks, created by the user and completed by the executors. Click this link to open Completion Check.
Portlet Management Button:
– the portlet is expanded. Click this button to collapse it.
- the portlet is collapsed. Click this button to expand it.

Custom Portlet Settings

Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can change the custom portlet settings, when configuring the main page.

Sort By – select the tasks sorting type: Date created or Due Date.
After you have selected the sorting type, click:
Save - settings will be saved and the window will be closed.
Save and continue - settings will be saved, but the window will not be closed and you will be able to continue configuring.
