List of Custom Activities


To find the list of custom activities in ELMA Designer, go to the Scripts tab and open the Custom Activities section located on the left-hand side of the window (Fig. 1)

On the right-hand side of the window you can see the custom activity page. To open the activity's page, double-click on its name in the list. The listed activities can be grouped into folders.
All the custom activities are put in bold, except for the ones that are not published in Web Application, such as new or imported activities.
In the list, the custom activities are depicted with the icon. Custom activities can be united into groups. A group is depicted in the list with the folder icon . A collapsed group is marked with the "+" symbol. Click on it to expand the group and see all the elements in the list.
An expanded group is marked with the "-" symbol. Click on it to collapse the group and hide all the elements in the list. In Fig. 1, the CRM+ and Projects+ are expanded.

To manage custom activities and their groups, use the toolbar of ELMA Designer, or the context menu. To open the context menu, right-click on an element in the list.

Opens the custom activity page for editing. On this page, you can select the color of this activity shape in the graphic model, you can select the group, the input/output settings and scripts, publish the activity. When the activity is published, it becomes available in the Plug-Ins section of the side panel in the process graphic model. This button and menu option are inactive if no element is selected in the list, or if an ELMA activity is selected.
Deletes the selected activity or group. The selected activity is deleted from the Custom Activities list on the Scripts tab and from the elements listed in the Plug-Ins section of the graphic model's side panel. However, the deleted activity still works in the processes to which it was previously added. When you delete a group, all the groups and activities that it contained are moved one level up. This button and menu option are inactive if no element is selected from the list, or if an ELMA activity is selected.
No matching element
Copies the selected custom activity. The Custom Activity Creation Wizard is launched, containing the copied settings of the selected activity. This option however is not available for a group.
