Personal KPI's page

To open the page of a personal KPI, click on the name of the KPI in the KPI section. The top menu of a personal KPI's page is similar to that of a KPI page.

Tabs of a personal KPI's page

By default, the page of a personal KPI without a proper value looks as follows (fig. 1):
Fig. 1. Personal KPI's page
The personal KPI's page features the following tabs: Properties, Measuring, Change History, Depends on, Enter Personal Values.
Properties tab
This tab (fig. 1) shows all the basic information about the KPI. We can categorize this information as follows (fig. 2):
Fig. 2. Personal KPI page. Properties tab
1. Name of the user responsible for reaching the values of the KPI. If no user is assigned to this job position (specified in ELMA  Designer), then only the name of the job position will be written.
2. A  bar chart showing the fact values of the personal KPI over a selected period by users. The bars are marked colored red, yellow and/or green depending on the status and the type of the scale. If the status of the KPI is not defined, then the bars are colored blue.  Each bar shows the fact value of the personal KPI over a selected period.
3. Table with personal values of the KPI. By default the table features: the user's full name, plan and fact value, status of the KPI and the trend.  When you click on the user's name, the personal value's page opens automatically. You can configure the number of the displayed rows, their order and the number of lines on a page. You can read more about the data table in a corresponding Help section.
4. Additional information about the KPI: its type, periodicity of input and brief description. By default this block is collapsed and is called Show Additional Attributes. When you click on it, it will expand and the name will change to Hide Additional Attributes.
5. KPI operation history.

Proper value of a personal KPI

If the personal KPI has a proper value (that is, certain configurations have been made in ELMA Designer) the Properties tab of the KPI will look as follows (fig. 2):
Fig. 3. Personal KPI page. Properties tab
The page of the personal proper KPI is similar to that of a KPI. The only difference is the table with personal values of the KPI. For more information, see a respective Help article.
Measuring tab
This tab is similar to that of the KPI page. For more information, see the respective Help article.
Change History tab
This tab is similar to that of the KPI page. The difference is that the tables with personal values of the KPIs are grouped by period by users  (fig. 4).
Fig. 4. Personal KPI page. Change History tab
Personal values of the KPI of each user are shown in a respective section (the name of each section is the name of a user). By default, all sections in this tab are collapsed. To open a section, click on its name. Do the same to close it.
If a personal KPI has a proper value, this tab will also display the change history of the KPI's proper value (fig. 5).
