Personal KPI

A personal KPI is an indicator assigned to different persons (users), i.e. an indicator that can have multiple personal values over a certain period.
Personal values of a personal KPI are the plan and fact values of each user involved.
Note, that locked users participate in the KPI personalization and are displayed on the personal KPI page only in the following periods:
periods prior to the user being locked
periods including the date the user was locked
periods after the date the user was locked (if the personal fact values had been entered before the user was locked).
The personal KPI value page will feature the icon (fig. 1, 2).

Personal KPI page (fig. 1) and personal KPI value page (fig. 2) are partly different from a KPI page.

A personal KPI can have its proper value – that is, the average value of the KPI calculated using a certain formula, specified in ELMA  Designer, using all the personal values of the KPI. For example, the proper value of a personal KPI can be calculated as a total of personal values of their average. By default, a personal KPI has no proper value.
Fig. 3 shows an example of a personal KPI, which has a proper value.
