This section contains terms used in an organization, their abbreviation and definition.
If your terms are well defined, you can avoid any misunderstanding in process policies.

To add a new item, click . In the provided window, enter the term, its abbreviation and definition. To edit an existing element, select it in the list and click . To delete an element from the list, select it and click . Use the and buttons to move the element in the list. In the resulting document, the element will be positioned exactly like in the settings list.

Specifics of setting up the process policies
In the Terms section of the policies tab of the process page, the Glossary items are inherited from the global settings. The inherited items cannot be modified, but you can add terms to the current process.
The inherited items are displayed on grey background. The new items are displayed on white background.
