Normative References


In this section you have to specify the documents, to which the process must correspond.

There are two types of references:
To add a new item, click . In the provided window, enter the term, its abbreviation and definition. To edit an existing element, select it in the list and click . To delete an element from the list, select it and click . Use the and buttons to move the element in the list. In the resulting document, the element will be positioned exactly like in the settings list.
ID - a document property, which allows identifying the document.
A normative reference does not contain the document file itself, nor a link to where the file is stored.

Specifics of business process policy settings
On the Normative References tab under the policies tab of the process page, the references are inherited from the global settings. The inherited elements cannot be changed, but you can add other elements to the list, if the current process is based on them.
All the inherited settings are displayed on grey background. The added or changed elements have white background.
