Examples of executing an approval task with signing
Consider examples of executing an approval task with a digital signature (CryptoPro CSP and Internal encryption provider) and without a digital signature. In transition settings choose the Sign all parameter.
Example 1. Signing with a digital signature (encryption provider – CryptoPro CSP).
When you complete the task, the dialog box Create Digital Signature will open (fig. 14).
Fig. 14. “Create Digital Signature” dialog box
In the opened window check the boxes to the left of the objects that must be signed; in the Certificate*field choose the required certificate for signing and click Sign. Note that you can sign:
task decision (the Task Decision checkbox in the first row);
file attributes (the checkbox in the first column);
contents (the checkbox in the second column).
On the document page on the General information tab, you can see information about signing the content, approval task and document attributes (fig. 6).
Note that a file’s content (its version) can be signed by each user only once. If you try to sign it for the second time, you will see the following notification: Version with ID number cannot be signed for the second time since it has already been signed with a digital signature.
A document cannot be signed for the second time if:
a signed document undergoes the second approval as part of a business process;
after the first signing the document version was not changed.
When several versions of one document are approved for the second time, each version has a separate notification (fig. 15). If you try to approve versions of different documents for the second time, notification will be grouped in a pop-up window.
When you complete the task, the dialog box Create Digital Signature will open (fig. 15).

The second signing of a document (version) is also unavailable while using Internal encryption provider. For more details, see Example 1.
