Document record card is an object with a set of the document registration attributes (fields), which are assigned during registration, e.g. registration number, registration office and category.
There are four base types of record cards in the system: Incoming, Outgoing, Internal, Contracts.
You can create and configure record card types in ELMA Designer, on the Document Management tab (fig. 1).

For convenience, you can group all the record card types into folders. Folder tree is located in the left panel (fig. 2). Working with the folder tree is similar to working with the objects tree.
