Budget Report

The budget report shows the list of all the items values (planned/fact) over a period. Planned and fact values can be displayed in one report or in separate reports.
Only the users with permissions to view the project budget can generate budget reports. The system administrator assigns the permissions on the project page, by clicking Actions – Access Permissions.

Generating a report

To generate a budget report, click Go To – Budget by Periods on the page of the required project (fig. 1).

Fill in the required fields on the opened page (fig. 2) and click Show.

Display Period – period, over which the data will be displayed in the report (week, month, quarter, year).
Display Mode – select the values to display in the report:
End Date – start and end dates of the data display period.

The top menu of the page contains the To Project button, which allows returning to the project page.
The report page contains the form, where you have to fill in the report generation parameters (fig. 2) and the data table.
If necessary, you can change the parameters and click Show. Data in the report will be updated and the page will display the new report.
The report data are grouped by revenue/expense items, which are, in turn, grouped by value types. The number of table columns and their names depend on the selected display period and end date (fig. 4).

The table displays total values for revenues/expenses by items.
The current period is highlighted red.
