Page Template Settings

Page template – is a template of a project of a particular type, used to quickly fill in typical projects with data.
To edit the page template click Page Template on the settings page of the required project type in the web application (fig. 1).

A page for configuring the page template of the selected project type (fig. 2) will open. Working with this page is similar to working with the project page.

On the template page, you can fill in some of the project portlets. Information, specified in the template, will be used in all the project of this type. You can also add portlets, which will be displayed in project of this type.
For example, when you develop the Project Plan, you add milestones and parent tasks (which mark the project phases), similar to all the project of this type. After that, you only need to add particular tasks and their due dates to the created project.
Usually, documents of one type are added to each project (e.g. initial permits). You can add these documents to the Project Documents template.
You can also add budget items to the Project Budget template.

Top menu buttons

Open the project type settings page.
Open the project creation form. This button is displayed only if the Forbid to create in the web application box is checked on the Description tab of the project type page in ELMA Designer.
When you click Actions or a drop down menu opens, which allows:
1. Editing general information on this project type.
2. Open the list of roles of this project type.
3. Open access settings of this project type.
When you click Go To or a drop down menu opens, which allows viewing detailed information on the project of this type and opening settings page for templates of:
