If ELMA contains several objects that store information about the same contractor, lead or deal, one of the objects can be marked as a duplicate of another (note, that only a lead can be a duplicate). One object can have several duplicates. When you mark an object as a duplicate, the pages of the objects are not merged. A duplicate object has the "Duplicate" status. It is recommended to mark the object with less information as a duplicate.
To create a duplicate, open the lead page, which contains less information and click Actions – Duplicate in the toolbar (fig. 1).

In the opened dialog box (fig. 2):
in the left menu, select the type of the duplicate object (contractor, lead or deal);
in the right drop-down list, select the object name;
if necessary, add a comment to the duplicate;
click Save.

After saving, the object will receive the Duplicate status.
