View Calendars of Other Users


ELMA allows viewing calendars of other users (if you have the respective access permissions). By default, the heads of departments have access to their subordinates' calendars, according to the company's organizational structure.
To view a calendar of another user, click Calendars in the Calendar section, select the required calendar in the pop-up window (fig. 1) and click View. The page will display the selected calendar (fig. 2).

To return to your calendar, click My Calendar.
When you are viewing another user's calendar, you can quickly select another calendar. To do so, click the red calendar name. The calendar selection window will open (fig. 1).
You can add any calendar to bookmarks:
– button for adding the current calendar to bookmarks.
– button for deleting the calendar from bookmarks.
