Example of a report with two data sources

In ELMA, you can create a report with several data sources. It allows displaying results of different requests in one report. You can use HQL and SQL requests in one report. All the data sources, available in one report are in the Source drop down field, at the top of the Data Sources tab.

Report on Schedule Compliance is an example of a report with two data sources. This report displays detailed information on the tasks of a system user over a certain period: list of tasks, completed on time, overdue and so on.

The Parameters tab displays the following report parameters (fig. 1):

Two sources have been created on the Data Sources tab:

1. The first data source (fig. 2) selects tasks of certain types and statuses over the period. Tasks are searched among projects/ documents/ processes/ tasks.

2. The second data source (fig. 3) highlights the number of active and overdue tasks.

The Report Layout tab (fig. 4) displays the required columns.

You cannot edit this system report, and it is always available in Web Application.
