The Paginate Document button allows you to change the scale and the total number of pages of the printed graphic model. It opens an editing page where you can adjust how the process model is laid out on the pages (Fig. 4).

The toolbar of this editing page has the following controls:
Print the process model according to the adjustments.
Close the window and cancel printing.
Use the slider to change the scale of the graphic model, make it smaller or bigger against the page.
The Printing with page numbers option includes page numbers. The number is printed in the center of the page in light grey. The Show Page Position option shows page position at the bottom of every page.
With these options you can select the frame for your process map:
  • Page-by-page means that each page will have its own frame. In this case, each page will feature information about the process (its name, author, creation/editing date).
  • Common Frame means that there will be one frame for all the pages. You can use this option if you want to print out the pages and stick them together to have a process map with a single information box.
You can see how the graphic model will look on paper when printed out.
After you have configured all the settings, click Print. The model will be printed on the printer specified at the first step.
