On this tab (fig. 1) you can configure the data, displayed on the Documentation tab.

Use displayed name and description for documentation – automatically display the object name and description on the Documentation tab. This box is checked by default.
When the box is unchecked, the Documentation tab (fig. 2) displays the field for adding tags with additional description of the object.
