Connectors

In the graphic model, transitions are represented by connectors shaped as an arrow (). Connectors show the sequence of flow. A connector crossed with a diagonal line stands for a default transition (). Default transitions are used in XOR and OR gateway settings.
Creating a connector
If a related element is added, a connector is created automatically.
To add a new connector, point your mouse at the source element. The small blue crosses on the element’s border mark connection points (Fig. 1). Connection points allow you to create a connection with another element. When you move the mouse pointer to a connection point, it turns into a red square. Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the pointer towards the next element. An appropriate connection point on that element is marked with a red square. Drag the pointer to it and release the mouse button. The system will then create a connector.

To open the connector’s settings, double-click on the connector in the graphic model or select Settings in the connector's context menu.
