Menu

Main Menu of ELMA Designer


The main menu of ELMA Designer is located on the Menu tab (Fig. 1) and contains several sections.

Configurations Section

In this section (Fig. 2), you can manage ELMA configurations: add, edit and/or delete them.

To add a new configuration, click Add.
If you want to edit a configuration, select it and click Edit or double-click on the configuration name (fig. 2). Configuration settings will open.
If you want to delete a configuration, select it, click Delete and confirm the deletion in the dialog box that opens.
You can also export and import the current configuration, create a BPM App.
In the Configurations section (fig. 2), you can search in the list of configurations. The search is similar to the process list search.
You cannot switch configurations when you are in this section. To switch the configuration, close ELMA Designer, launch it again and select the desired configuration in the Start window (Fig. 3).

Message Types Section

In this section (fig. 4), you can configure message types: create, copy, search in processes, edit and/or delete, and restore them.

Message Queues Section

In this section (fig. 5), you can configure message queues: create, edit and delete them. This section is only available in ELMA Enterprise.

Integration with 1C Section

In this section (fig. 6), you can configure ELMA integration with 1C in order to establish data exchange between these two programs. This section is only available if the Integration with 1C application is activated.

Settings Section

There are several tabs in the Settings section (Fig. 7), each of them allows you to set up a certain parameter:

About the Program

When you click the About the Program button, a window opens, providing copyright information (Fig. 8).

Help Section

This section (Fig. 9) features help information for all the sections of the system.

Sign out

When you click the Sign out button, you sign out of ELMA Designer.
