Nested blocks

ELMA allows you to add a nested property of the block type to a context variable of the block type or an object property of the block type. ELMA does not limit the depth of nesting.
To create a nested block, go to the Properties tab of the Block Settings page. Click on the arrow to the right of the Add button in the toolbar and select Add Block in the drop-down list (Fig. 1). Also, you can right-click to open the context menu and select Add block (Fig. 2).

A blank page of the variable of the block type opens. Fill it in.
A nested block has a grey background when shown in the block properties (Fig. 3). In object properties and in the list of context variables it has a grey background and an indent for its properties (Fig. 4).

In Web Application, a nested block is displayed as a nested table under the block properties (Fig. 5):

To edit a nested block, first start editing the parent block. The parent block is edited in a window (Fig. 6).

A nested block features all the same settings as the context variable of the block type or object properties of the block type.
