BPM Apps

Attention!

Further information applies only to ELMA 3.8.0 and higher. Creating components (BPM Apps) is available starting from version 3.7.0.

BPM Apps are ready-to-use solutions created in ELMA Designer to expand the capabilities of ELMA.

BPM Apps are created, edited, deleted and exported in ELMA Designer, on the BPM Apps tab (Fig. 1).

This tab features:

top toolbar (Fig. 2, number 1);
side toolbar (Fig. 2, number 2);
BPM App content (Fig. 2, number 3).

The side toolbar lists all the BPM Apps created in ELMA Designer. On the right-hand side of the tab you can see the content of the selected BPM App (its objects, document types, project types, processes, etc.). The selected BPM App is highlighted light orange.

Toolbar

	Create a new BPM App.
	Install a new BPM App using a .elma3 file.
	Open the selected BPM App for editing.
	Delete the selected BPM App.
	Export the selected BPM App into the .elma3 format.

Searching BPM Apps contents

In ELMA Designer, you can search the content of BPM Apps. To start searching, open the BPM Apps tab of ELMA Designer and click on the element list pane. After that, press Ctrl+F (fig. 3). The search string will appear.

Enter the name/part of the name of an element. All the found matches will be displayed automatically under the search string (fig. 4).

To return to the full list of elements, clear the search string. To close the search string, click
