To open ELMA Agent messages settings, click Settings in the user menu and open the Messages tab (fig. 1).

Receive system messages – if this option is enabled, ELMA Agent will display all the messages of the current user in the Messages section. If it is disabled, system ELMA messages will not be displayed.
Show new messages window for – time period, during which a popup notification about a new message will be displayed (fig. 2).

Sounds unit
Enable sound notifications – play a sound notification when receiving a new message.
Notification sound – a sound played when receiving a new message.
Listen – play the current notification sound;
Choose Other Sound – click this button to select another notification sound (a .wav file).
Refresh Messages – click this button to refresh the list of messages in the Messages section.
