Document Management Portlet

By default, this portlet is displayed when you open the Documents section. You can also add this portlet to the system main page.

This portlet displays (fig. 1):

link to the My Documents folder;
link to the Favorites folder;
link to view the documents to which the current user is subscribed;
link to the Records Management section. This link is available to the users who have access to the section;
button for creating a document;
button for registering a new document. This button is available to the users who have access to the Records Management section;
button for reserving a registration number. This button is available to the users who have access to the Records Management section.

Portlet management buttons:

– collapse the portlet.

- expand the portlet.

- open the portlet settings. This button allows editing portlet settings for the current user.

Document Management portlet settings

In ELMA, portlets have general settings. These settings are configured by the system administrator for some common pages or by the users for their own pages. To learn more about page settings, see the respective Help article. To learn more about portlet settings, see the respective Help article.

This portlet does not have any custom settings.
