Register Documents Portlet

This portlet displays:

document registration options available to the user (fig. 1, unit 1) with the document registration parameters in the current records classification scheme of the company: registration office, category, document type, docflow;
Register Other Document button for registering a document with arbitrary parameters (fig. 1, unit 2);

Reserve Number link for those registration options which allow reserving registration numbers (fig. 2, section 1);
Reserve Document No. link for reserving a registration number with possibility to select parameters: document type, docflow, registration office, category (fig. 2, section 2);
Reserved Numbers link, for viewing all the unused reserved numbers (fig. 2, section 3);

link to the Records Management section (fig. 3, unit 1). The portlet name is also a link to the Records Management section (fig. 3, section 2)

Portlet management buttons:

– collapse the portlet.

- expand the portlet.

Register Document portlet settings

In ELMA, portlets have general settings. These settings are configured by the system administrator for some common pages or by the users for their own pages. To learn more about page settings, see the respective Help article. To learn more about portlet settings, see the respective Help article.

This portlet does not have any custom settings.
