Manual Execution - This activity is used whenever a part of the process has to be executed manually outside the BPM system. The manual task is not assigned to the users in Web Application and does not require any user activity inside the system. It can be used, for example, if an employee who performs the task is not a system user. To open the settings window, double-click on the Manual Execution element, on the graphic model or select Settings in the element context menu.
This activity type allows you to describe the complete process regardless of whether process executors work in the system or not.

Name — A task name that a user will see in the graphic model, process documentation, policies and in the header of the settings window. The task name is also shown on the transition button in Web Application if the incoming connector name is not specified in the graphic model.
