Being enabled these buttons are colored dark-yellow.
You can enable several buttons at a time. When several buttons are enabled, activities are shown in a chronological order.
Some of the history items may have the following buttons:
– show additional information (Fig. 2) on the activity;
– hide additional information.

Document discussion
ELMA allows users to discuss documents.
Select Send – Discuss Document in the toolbar of a document page. In the dialog box, fill in the required fields (Fig. 3) and click Send Message.

The message can be sent to a particular user or user group, as well as to a public channel. If necessary, message recipients can add comments. The dialogue between these users (Fig. 4) will be displayed on the History tab or the General Information tab.
