Performance matrix templates

Performance matrix templates are a set of criteria (KPIs, SMART tasks and other) used to evaluate the performance of an employee. You can create a performance matrix template for a user of for a job position.

The matrix templates are created in the Matrix Templates section.

To create, edit and delete templates in this section you need corresponding access permissions. They are managed in Administration - KPIs - Access Permissions for the KPI Module – Access to the "Performance Matrix Templates" section.

There are several ways to open this section:

in the top left menu of the main page of ELMA KPI select Matrix Template (fig. 1);

in the Performance Matrix portlet click on Performance Matrix template (fig. 2);

go to Administration – KPI and open the Performance Matrix Templates Settings (fig. 3);

The Performance Matrix Templates Settings look as follows (fig. 4):

Here you can find a search form and a list of all the matrices.

You can search by users, user groups and/or organizational structure elements which have performance matrices. You can search by several criteria at once.

The list is divided into the following columns:

Template Name;
Executors - user, job position or a group of users for whom the matrix is created. You can add several users, user groups and/or job positions for one performance matrix.

To copy a template, click

on the right-hand side of the template.

To delete a template, click

on the right-hand side of the template.

By clicking on the name of a template you will open the editing page with fields similar to those of the Create Performance Matrix Template page.
