Sending a Document for Consideration

This operation allows sending a document for consideration to a user who makes a decision on the further actions with this document. A consideration task is created in the system with the document attached. When making a decision, you can assign associated tasks. Only registered documents can be sent for consideration.
To send a document for consideration:
1. Open the document page.
2. Click Send in the top menu and select Send for Consideration (fig. 1). The form for sending a document for consideration will open (fig. 2).

The form has  two tabs: Send for Consideration and Document.
The Document tab contains the document page.
In the Send for Consideration tab you can select the user, end date and description.
3. The Send for Consideration tab includes the following fields: To – select the user who must read the document and make a decision on it. The selected user will receive a document consideration task.
End Date – date by which the selected user has to make a decision on the document. You can specify the exact time if necessary. To do so, check the Specify time box (fig. 3).

Description – here you can specify additional information on the document or consideration task.

Top menu

The top menu of the page for sending a document for consideration includes the following buttons:
Click this button to send the document for consideration to the selected user.
Set the time report limit for the consideration task. When you click this button, the Time Report Limit field is added to the form.
4. To send a document for consideration, click Send. If the document recipient does not have access to the document, ELMA will offer you to assign access.
When sending a document for consideration:
1. A consideration task is created for the selected user with the document attached.
2. The Consideration tab is added to the document page displaying the consideration state, and all the decision tasks, including the document consideration task (fig. 4).

3. The General Information tab of the document page displays the consideration tasks (fig. 5)
